We plant a wide variety of different species that are selected based on the nation and forest type. Many of our project sites are in coastal areas, so a large portion of the trees we plant are mangrove species. Additionally, while we aim to plant mainly native species, we also plant a percentage of agroforestry species (i.e., wood, food, fodder, etc.) for the community to use to help provide food security.
